Very pleasant stay, very clean. Slightly older but nothing wrong with that when everything is clean. Nice little motel right on the outside of Caro.
We stayed in the jetted tub suite. The room is clean. Although the bedding may be a dated it is clean and comfortable. The heart shaped jetted tub only has one working jet. There is an attached bathroom with the suite that does have its own combined bathtub and shower however the shower does not work and the head is very rusty. Vending machines have limited snacks but are stocked. Prices are fair and it is very clean and quiet so you will have a very comfortable stay. One of the most peaceful sleeps I have had in a long time. The fire pit available to all guests is it located behind the motel, it is a hidden gem.
I stayed here for just a night as I was passing through for work. Owner was very nice and helped me when my tv wasn't working. I told him it was ok I could watch from my phone but he fixed it. That was really nice. Keep in mind it's 21 degrees out and he made sure my tv was working in between salting the walk ways in this cold weather. I travel a lot and in a year only have put down 2 places to stay if I were in the area that are nice and this hits the top of my list.
I'm from over 10 house away and location is difficult to answer, it depends on what you are doing and what you want to be by. The price wasn't bad, the rooms were decent, better than I imagined in person. The beds could be a little better however I slept fine. I would stay again and support a local business over a commerical giant.
Room, adequate & clean. Had to keep asking for clean towels & room coffee. Sheets applied crosswise & didn't fit. Now owned by immigrants from India so not quite what we were used to before. Leaky toilet left water on bath floor. Breakfast area minmal; creamer dispenser stays at room temperature 24/7 and is so thick it won't dispense (we worried about contamination). Will stay downtown next time and pay more.
Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom door didn't shut cuz of the carpet. Breakfast was not a Continental breakfast. Was just bagels, cereal, donuts, milk & juice, very basic. Location was very quiet which was nice.
We stayed one night for a family event in town and were very pleased with our experience. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast but the offerings looked pretty basic. We did like the in-room coffee maker and refrigerator. The heat worked really well, too. Woodyzzz is a great value for the price and we would gladly stay there again.
